Disabling permadeath isn't the same as having the option to grind. But they can still release a single game to satisfy everyone. All they need is an additional option to activate grinding. If it's activated, players can choose to go grinding from the base menu between chapters. Anyone who doesn't like grinding deactivates the option when starting a save file. The highest difficulty setting does not allow grinding, so it's reserved for the pros.

Seems simple enough to me. Any objections, dolphin?

Context. You said that we need to hope for combo releases, so that everyone can be satisfied. That's not the case though, because everything can be put into a single campaign.

That has nothing to do with me supposedly saying casual mode is the same as grinding. That correction of misinformation is my only response here.

Did they announce the release date for Disgaea 5 Complete and I just missed it? Was just browsing around and ShopTo has it listed for 26th May for the UK and Amazon US got it down there for 31st May. 26th May fits as it's a Friday and is a little specific to be a place holder date.

Hopefully that was just their place holder date since June is the last month of Spring :) Also Amazon UK have just added Disgaea 5 Complete to their site today and is also listed as 26th May so looks like it's the correct release date :D
