Did Gamecube owners get anything when Wii launched? If not then I doubt it, the Switch is probably only a little bit profitable per sale, so they can't afford to give up millions of them at a loss. Plus I don't see how it would work. Would you have to bring your Wii U to the store as proof, would stores even want to do this?
As for Splatoon, I think that's likely, or atleast, that's certainly what they should do, unless of course they want new players to immediately have to deal with aimbot bamboozlers. :L

I never said it wasn't good. Just that it is unambitious and didn't move consoles.

Frozen is a really odd choice, has been a Nintendo Select for some time.. :/
NSMB U probably won't ever become a Selects since it's now bundled with Luigi U and the Wii version never became a Selects game D:

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]
So I finally started doing online battles in Sun/Moon! Thought maybe I'd struggle due to my current lack of UBs n Tapus and how I'm just using the same Pokemon I beat the game with, but nope! Did awesomely in my very first battle which can be seen below, and in general I've actually been doing pretty well!
However, after uploading this video, I've noticed that pretty much all my previous videos have been removed. Possibly due to my inactivity but regardless that sucks, all those amazing and epic MK8 highlights, gone forever. <(T_T<)

How is Olaf's Quest an odd choice? The game was a beast! It sold half million units on the DS long after the system was dead, and it sold another half million on the 3DS! It is a million seller that probably was incredibly cheap to make. Of course it's going to be a Select!
