I think it only applies to the first game that you buy, so maybe if you try to buy the game discounted (in game), you can't discount it again?

Okay, nevermind. Tried it a couple of hours ago and I saw the discount. For some reason it wasn't avalible the first time I tried to get them :P

Alright so I'm just gonna admit it, if Splatoon Switch is day 1, then so to will I be buying the Switch day 1! I've always gone on about not getting new systems until well after launch, but that was when I never loved a single game as much as I do now. Splatoon is simply the best game ever, I could literally play it until I die. Got over 1000 hours of playtime in less than a year, had to force myself to stop playing it so I could actually play other games lel.

Naturally I've been playing it again recently, and that's when I realized there's no way in hell I could resist buying a Switch after Splatoon releases on it! If there are droughts, that's fine, I'll keep playing Splatoon. If support is dropped early, that's fine, Splatoon alone makes the system worth it!

Of course, all this is assuming they don't screw up the game, that is always a possibility unfortunately.

At times its the biggest thing your battling with while playing the game.

 

For me the camera angle never bothered me. The 3DS version did though.

I didn't really have any issues with the camera, was mainly the framerate and pop-ins when playing in multiplayer :p

Im sold solely on the portability of it. Im imagining playing that and Zelda on my 2 hour travel to uni then another 2 hour back! Hopefully us Wii U owners do get some sort of discount. 

 

Do you think Nintendo would let us transfer our weapons,levels and stuff on the Switch Version? Or would that put new players into a very huge disadvantage?
