Would you pay for Nintendo Wi-Fi connection if it was massively improved? No lag, easier to use, voice chat etc.

Oh read it wrong. NO maybe if it gets alot better.
I don't think I will ever pay for online gaming. (Unless it's MMO), so no.

No, I tend to shy away from "extras" that cost me on a subscription basis. I view the online as a bonus in most games, unless it is an MMO which I research and trial before I play.
I'd never pay for online gaming.
"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."

No, like someone else said, it's just an extra.....And besides, I don't play MMOs.....
I would pay for it if it could match the features of the 360 and match the price point, if not do it better on features and price. I would also need the incentive from developers that online would be available in their games. Most Wii games don't go online, so it would be a waste of a service right now, but if it had the breadth of online enabled games as PS3 and 360 do, it would be worth it in my eyes.
Why didn't you just add question #1 and 2 in the same topic ;)? Anyways proably if the game is good enough . However I do perfer free service with lag then pay service without lag :)

0. it should be free
