This isnt the first time, FNAC did this in portugal already and thats how i got mine last christmas.
Strange. At least in Spain I see these kind of promotions all the time. Maybe it's the retailer itself and not Sony?

The more important thing about this news is that it's the manufacturer doing it, and the time span.

Fnac did it again like last month, mediamarkt as well, even worten did it already. But with games included, better than this.
Nothing really new or surprising. I bought my PS4 at launch for 12 monthly installments, interest free. Actually, almost all retailers in Croatia offer everything on installments. That's the result of the economy going down the drain, you gotta move the product somehow.

yes, i got mine with the PES 2015 bundle cause it was the only white bundle they had and i reaaaaaally wanted the white one.
I think El Corte Ingles did the same last year.
Sounds like something big, but it's really nothing new.
Still, 100k PS4s in 16 months or so, is quite a feat!
