Considering that they just said that it won't be a Kinect game, I think this was in poor taste. Let's avoid any Kinect comments unless stated otherwise by Rare.

lol, anyway on a side note poor Kinect. I never wanted Rare to be the team stuck on it, but I did want to see the potential of 2.0, it seems microsoft never had any real ambitions for it

better than anything they've ever did, so it just has to be better than Kinect Sports and Nuts n Bolts? shouldnt be too hard

Battletoads is not a 3d platformer.

In the recent E3 prediction thread I put Battletoads and BK, but if they're saying they're into new things it could be a new IP, since Phil has said MS are going to announce a new IP or IPs at E3.
Rare's new game could be one of them.

Hopefully something more playful than a Crackdown style of title, like another platformer or Vina Pinata style game.

Microsoft needs to broaden their style of games beyond Shooters and Racers and the serious stuff. They've shown in the past they can cater to those kinds of audiences. It could involve Hololens, but personally I hope it's more of a core controller, screen and just gameplay thing.
If Hololens is added as a feature to add something to those that have the headset then that's cool, but it shouldn't be a requirement of the game.

Seeing how much buzz Yooka-Laylee is getting, looks like Rare cant have them being outdone by some of their former members, huh... ; )

Just sell Banjo-Kazooie to Nintendo already...

So it sells even less and becomes an even more marginalized IP....??? You must really hate BK... Especially since rare did some excellent game for the most part since they are under MS... And will never p doing so for years to come...
