Forums - Gaming - Women Leaving Games Over Harassment Is "a Real Shame," IGDA Director Says

What exactly constitutes this harassment you all speak of?

People being groped at work? some bosses threaten to fire a worker if they won't sleep with them?

Mobbing done by co-workers or management?

Is this the type of harassment that is keeping women out of gaming? If so, then it has absolutely nothing to do with us, maybe just call the police because these are all illegal activities.

If instead the harassment is simply 'mean' comments on twitter, then GTFO!

€300million invested to hire people who don't want to be in those jobs to begin with? That's 1/3rd of a billion for "positive discrimination" kinda sickening time to be a guy trying to get work in IT.

And worse... invest that money on discrimination just to hire less competent people...

And again, men, gay, christian and atheists they also receive similar harrasment, some play victms, some know that is the way it is.
