Forums - Gaming - How Large Will Game World Get?

Well... it's hard to say. If the Japanese companies just start dying, Sega is going, Konami is going... if the rest go we are going to have a very bland verity of games and I think it will just get smaller.

I'm proud to have the "Drive on all roads" achievement for TDU.

I have to admit my OCD had me fill in every little sliproad as well.
And again in Euro truck simulator 2. That map although not to scale might be bigger. You can't go off road though like in TDU.

Can't get larger than Elite Dangerous.
That's my epic journey until I lost interest. Those numbers are in days, visited 7000 of 400 billion star systems.

Mostly procedurally generated though.
