I'm interested in why the Cryengine only runs on 900p on console games like Ryse and now Kingdom Come. Maybe the developers wanted their game to have slightly better effects rather than full resolution, or maybe it's one of the minor set backs of the engine.

This game graphics isnt good enought for it to be 900p on either of the consoles. The devs are probably just not very experienced developping for consoles or they dont want to promise anything since this is an indie title an all.

Been a backer of This game on Kickstarter for along time now. Really looking forward to the game.

This is one of the best looking games coming. Also been following this one for awhile.

You need to look at more videos and screenshots. I've been following this project from the start and it really looks gorgeous. I'm absolutely not surprised that it will not run 1080p on PS4.

looks absolutely stunning from the start and still looks good now, since the start it's been known that the game will look stellar on PC and decent on the XB1/PS4 but I can see why the 900p now and maybe 1080 later, the game isn't exactly something small and the current gens aren't exactly behemoths in terms of power.

Besides I find them making it on PC first and porting it later to be the better way of going about their game, this way there's hardly much to compromise the PC version while they scale it down to fit the consoles to what they can handle, everyone wins.
