Technical performance aside, I'm sure PC gamers are just happy to have this great game in any form. Right?

Yep! ^^ I almost caved in and bought it on the PS4 after the PC version was delayed for the 47th time, but i'm glad i held off. It's not perfect, but it's one of the better PC ports we've seen.

"A generational leap!"

Lol, a bit more foliage.

Can't wait for the mods, as of now the port just looks like the PS4 version but sharper.

Yeah, that's what I thought when I read it in the thread about the difference between XBO and PS4. "lololol"

I'm installing my copy right now. 8 discs, but the packaging sure is sexay!

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine

After reading the comments. Why would console gamers put 60fps aside? Because a console can't play 3 of 4 games at 60 fps. xD I agree there's no much significant difference in graphics but 60 fps gives absolutely different experience. Some console gamers claim though that 30 fps on console is much smooth than 30 fps on pc. Not sure if it's true or not I must admit.

But to be honest after 1.6M copies sold on Steam I think that we will have to wait 2-3 years for another GTA for PC. Very weak results for almost every game on Steam if SteamSpy is correct enough.

I can't speak for everyone, but 30fps is almost a non-issue for me when i'm using a controller. With a few exceptions, i'd actually rather a console game target 30fps and used the saved resources to improve the graphics, tech, IQ, or scale of the game. When i'm playing on PC with a mouse though, yeah, i'll almost always target 60fps or a high variable.

It should be noted that the jump between 30fps and 60fps still feels just as dramatic on consoles as it does on PC, it's just a lot easier to get used to and ignore it (at least for me).

I can ignore it on both. But I prefer it to be 60 all the time. Over any fancy crap. 'Cause in a few years. Everything will look like crap in a lot of peoples eyes. Even GTA 5. This isn't a movie or show I don't interact with.

Correct 7. I assumed it was 8 becasue my copy had an extra DVD envelope. Turns out it was a large map of Los Santos and my preorder code >_>

I'm glad it's optimized good. Can't wait to see what kind of mods people come up with.

Wait... An i3 4150 + 750ti can match the ps4's graphical setting while maintaining a smooth framerate? That is crazy! That budget pc would cost like ~$400 wtf. That is crazy good optimization

Oh and we should get some more pics

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

I will buy again on PC when steam have some discount, but for know PS4 is the definitive edition, it will take more then 2 years to have a good mod and also i plan to buy new rig for this, so when they have new shader mod like ICE mod, my rig will be ready.
