Too many Fire Emblem characters also

Are you really going to pull "Too many swordsman" and add in FE has too many as well? :-/

Why can't they just have one of each class and make them identical in speed, strength, and range so people would quit complaining...

There's too many melee characters, too.

And too many 64 and Brawl characters...

Terrible joke, I'm sorry.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Yeah, I don't understand that complaint at all, although I would like to see more martial arts type characters. A lot of fighting games have a character for all the main fighting styles, and Smash really only has boxing covered. However, those types of characters make less sense outside of fighting games, so unless Smash decided to include Street Fighter/Tekken (etc) characters, I don't know where they would come from.

Zero Suit Samus should be considered a fighter though.

They all play differently, not a problem at all to me. In fact, there's not enough Hammer & Staff users, and NO Spear/Trident or Axe users....... *sniff*.

This argument is stupid and overused & most importantly, HYPOCRITICAL since there's obviously way more who are fisticuffs characters. (punch/kick ect.)
