They just didnt optimize it properly (something thats now very common lately -_-), lets hope they are working on a fix. Is the game good

How do you enjoy it when it's that laggy?

I have not had any issue with it really but I have not played it for long. I do know I have a few friends play it and they all like it. I can ask them if they have experienced any issues with it

Ive played it for quite a while and this was the first time it has done this to me. It seems the programming just allowed way to many items on screen or in the room.

The game is pretty interesting and fun.

It is possible the CPU is what is causing the FPS drop and the PS3 CPU is actually more powerful than the PS4 CPU. Not saying that is what is going on here but do not insult devs when you have no clue how a game works.

GPGPU. The whole reason PS4 (as well as all 8th gen consoles) has a weaker CPU than the PS3 is because in modern gaming the GPU takes on many of the processing tasks that last ran on the CPU in last gen consoles. But maybe you're right, maybe the PS4 just isn't powerful enough to fun this at a solid framerate:

Why emphasize that its the PS+ version? I mean is the digital copy you can buy better in any way...?

At least it was free. Xbox1 owners have to pay $15.00 to play that.
I have no idea if it runs like that on the XB1, I just plan on playing it on the PS4 since I already downloaded it.
Can't beat free.

Watching this video on my phone, and it looks like a poor phone version of a game. The one that is free...
To even think that they charge $15 for this load of junk is insane, and guess now that PS+ has over 11 million subscribers they will continue to push this crap onto them for many many months to come.
