Yes, I have... Sony didn't have the same lock in their console... so it was a MS thing and not China thing.

If it was a goverment lock all console will have it and nobody could unlock even with firmware updates.

No, you don't. Governments change their opinion on things on time, both consoles didn't launch at the same time.

But of course MS chose to delay the launch of their console because their imlementation of a region lock of an otherwise region-free console (!!) was late and so they decided to better wait to position their console on this market even worse than it already would be as the success of a foreign console would already be not expected.

China never blocked the console to play others games... what they did was blocked the internet to access others region stores/account.

I don't say that I am definitely right and you are definitely wrong but I think what you are trying to paint as a picture here is just unlikely as I doubt that MS decided on their own to do extra work to implement a region lock for a country when it is not needed. Seriously, why would they?

China didn't impose any region lock for retail games or like... they did impose region lock for accounts/stores.

MS did put region lock for it own... Sony not... why? Ask MS.
