There's nothing to miss, the 3DS is the worst performing Nintendo handheld and will go on to become the worst selling one in every major market but Japan.

Only in the US this is the situation, in Europe 3DS will sell at GBA level.

And unrless the new portable console will released this year, 17,000,000 is just impossible...

Nintendo shipped an estimated 23m units of the GBA family to Europe, VGC has the 3DS at nearly 14m, do you really think the 3DS will sell another 7m units there?

I doubt it'll get to 23m even in Japan.

GBA level =/= GBA numbers.

20,000,000 / 25,000,000 is the same level.
