Probably not the best way to approach this subject as it will make people wanna avoid it, people don't like to read too much, specially in the internet, but whatever...

Last thing before we start it, please pay attention to the subject, it's going to be kinda long as I said, and maybe you won't get it if you don't pay close attention, but I believe in you, let's start it. Now:

First, why can't they see it? I don't know, it should not be hard to see it, I mean, it's right there, right in front of them, they are actually looking to it and still can't see it, it's strange how things turn like this, but I have a theory, they don't see it because even looking at it they don't know where to look, seems strange I know, it's kind of silly to say they look at it but still don't know where to look, but that's just how it is, they simply don't look at it. And that's why things happen the way they do.

Of course they could end up realizing it, but they probably won't until someone talk to them like this so they get aware they should look at it again and try to get it or someone actually tell them where exactly to look. And don't get fooled, they mostly knew they should not let things like this pass unnoticed right in front of their eyes while they stare on them and still can't see it, but know what? They deserve it.

Otherwise why would they end up like this? They have all the hints, they were pointed to pay attention to what were right in front of them, but they still did not, it's not something that is hidden from them anymore, yeah it could be hard to notice it before (even as they could), but it's not anymore, it's not, really, I'm impressed that they still did not (if they didn't of course, because I'm starting to doubt it already), maybe someone else should just point it to them if they still didn't, maybe then they can finally see it.

Long ago was the time when they should have noticed it, they probably wouldn't be ashamed now if they did, or blown away by the fact they were got right into it, because they did, there is no denaying now, it's not the end of the world or anything close to it really, they can fix it right now and be better prepared to next year maybe, because this year it's already too late to change it, but it's always time to learn with the experiences.

So, after reading all the way here you must have noticed I avoided being direct to the subject until now, even having said a lot I still let it open to you guys to get it, because like I'm asking myselft why can't they see it right now, I'll also ask to you who still didn't as well, can you see it?
