Wow this is seriously problem.

?, you do not seem to understand how graphics work. Ram is not all you need when you display textures the GPU has to do the work as well. Gameplay > Textures > resolution
Also the Xbox One really does not have much ram. DDR3 ram is slooooow |
When it comes to the size of the texture that is 90% what matters. As long as I don't exceed the size of the VRAM, increasing texture resolution in games has never lowered my framerates with any of the graphics cards I have owned. Haven't met a single person who has had a different experience (Besides GTX 970 owners lol).
Prediction for console Lifetime sales:
Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million
[Prediction Made 11/5/2009]
3DS: 65m, PSV: 22m, Wii U: 18-22m, PS4: 80-120m, X1: 35-55m
I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.

That is not true at all...... Going from low textures to ultra textures WILL impact your framerate. Under that frame of mind all games should have ultra HD textures.....
Going from low to high textures will change framerate by 4-7 FPS or 5-10%. Either way I was only making an example as to why every game being at 1080p is impossible

Yes, all games should have ultra HD textures. LOL 5%? That's not even noticable. If the difference between 500MB and 3GB textures is a 5% performance drop it is WAYYYYYY worth that performance drop considering how much better the textures look.

Glad to see that Sony is helping these lazy devs.

Dying light on PS4 has already being patched with 8xAF. Same solid 30fps as before. LOD and lighting has even being improved.
