This close to E3, I wouldn't expect any new game announcements.
What we'll likely get it a lot of focus on Splatoon and Xenoblade 3D. Which is fine, I'm eager to learn more about the former.

This close to E3 2013 is when Link Between Worlds was announced. There is always something new. I'm guessing they will want to focus on Wii U again at E3, which means a 3DS game announcement is definitely on the table for tomorrow. Maybe some localization announcements like Great Ace Attorney.

Forgot aaout that. Still, there isn't always something new; many Directs focus only on previously announced titles.

I'd be happy to be proven wrong though.

Isn't Level-5 thinking about localising Yokai Watch? I think it has a lot of potential, and it's a beast in Japan. With a good marketing strategy, it could do very well in the West. The anime is coming here, so I'm expecting news sooner than later. It could be in the Nintendo Direct tomorrow, I would love it to happen, and it wouldn't be such a surprise. But I'm keeping my expectations low, because, you know, Nintendo.

It's already announced that Level-5 is planning a 2016 release date for the Yokai Watch franchise in the west.

I doubt we'd see it tomorrow if it's coming out in 2016.

Oh, I missed that new, thanks! :D. It's very unlikely that it will appear in the Direct, but I'm glad that they are localising it.

Can you name a Direct where nothing new was announced? As far as I can recall there is always something.

Can't recall the contents of each specific one, they kind of bleed together in my memory, but I do remember some ending and being like "meh, nothing new".

They probably showed something new that you simply didn't care about.

Please announce N64 games for the Virtual Console

What if the Bowser game is real
