I think its more of their switching to downloading (legally through Steam and Direct2Drive and other things) PC games which isn't counted.

so you really want to say that cell phones and DS and psp sold products worth 360 million euro while wii, ps3 and x360 sold 904 million euro, being more than 200%? Have you ever looked at German sales charts?

I can't see mobile phone games being worth 360 million euros in Germany alone. It has to be including DS and PSP.
Mobile phone = cell phone
and ssj12, PC gaming is much cheaper in the US for some reason. You can find that out just by browsing regional websites. When shopping around for my PC and its components I was pissed off how cheap some American delivery only sites were.

i guess there are about 80 million cell phones in Germany alone.

Anyone know how reliable is this data? I'm asking becouse eariler there was report saying that Germany software sales for consoles are worth 554 mln euro and PC 267 mln. Quite a difference.

not really as the rpices typically even out Like the 9800GX2 for exampe. Its supposed to be like 299 Euros or $599USD.
^^ sorry ssj12 but I am with everyone who sayes PC gaming is more expencive than console gaming... at least here it is, if you want to play newer games you have to spent 250 euros on your graphics card alone... thats what I spent for my 360 on ebay and I will be playing games on it for a long time, if I upgraded my computer I would have payed way more and would need to upgrade sooner. Even my buddy who is a big PC fan is concidering a 360 to hold him over since he is fed up with upgrading, PCs rock no question but you do need to pay the price.
