Forums - Sony - New firmware update 2.50 for PS4 causing some issues for Killzone: Shadow Fall.

From VG24/7.

The suspend/resume feature in PlayStation 4′s 2.50 firmware update is causing some issues with Killzone: Shadow Fall.

Killzone: Shadow Fall developer Guerrilla has said that the game is experiencing some issues in some instance where the suspend/resume feature is used.

The timing of when players put the game in suspend mode does have an effect, according the developer. “Particularly when accessing the suspend function while the game is loading into different modes, when saving the game, or while playing cinematics,” reads the update.

Guerrilla said it’s currently “monitoring the impact of the issue” and advised anyone suffering from those issues to reset the game.

We’ll keep you updated should we hear about other similar cases.

To me works perfect until now.

Have tested with 8 games, Killzone amoung then, no problems so far.

Looks like the mentioned scenarios are instances where you shouldn't interrupt the game anyway.

Yea you would think common sense (uncommon, I know) would tell you not to interrupt your game while it is loading a lot of data or saving data...

Don't suspend your game in a place where you wouldn't turn off your console.
