Do you guys ever have any problems quoting or using Rich Text Reply? Because for me 1 out of evey 15 time I go to do it doesn't bring up the (rich text reply) menu. And once it happens its keeps happening for like the next 4 tries.

Anyone else or is just me?

Here's what happens I use one then it pisses me off so I go to the other and the pattern has yet to end.
