It does not look very fun. The woman talks about having patience to interpret the story yourself. I doubt I will have the patience. It looks like a boring ghost town.

Well as far as I know it actually is a ghost town. The game takes place after everybody besides you has gone to the rapture. Of course this won´t be for everybody and if you want action then this game probably won´t be to your liking (which is perfectly fine).

PS:
Rapture
In Christian eschatology the rapture refers to the belief that either before, or simultaneously with, the Second Coming ofJesus Christ to earth, believers will be raised from the earth to meet him in the air.[1] The concept has its basis in various interpretations of the biblical book of First Thessalonians[2] and how it relates to interpretations of various other biblical passages, such as those from Second Thessalonians and the Book of Revelation.[2]

from wikipedia

I know it is suppossed to be empty. The point is if you ever have seen an American West ghost town (which is where the term originates) it is empty and boring. Kind of creepy actually. So the term literally describes how I see the game in a lot of ways. It just looks boring.

Totally nailed it, OP. This is the problem I have with agenda-driven gaming journalism.

How do you figure that a 1984 version of the apocalypse has anything to do with an agenda.  Sometimes, with jouralism, oh sure I agree.  But I think this is just an exploration game.   Seems really spooky and  intriguing.

By agenda I mean concerted effort by gaming journalists to popularize these walking simulators and similar games by giving them high scores and praise.  I wasn't trying to imply that the game developers or the game itself promotes some agenda.
