Steins;Gate U.K. special edition announced

"El Psy Kongroo Edition" listed for May release.

PQube has announced a Rice Digital-exclusive Steins;Gate “El Psy Kongroo Edition” for release across PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in the United Kingdom.

For £49.99, the special edition includes the following:

  • Limited edition game box
  • Premium quality 126-page art book featuring CG and key artwork
  • Double pin badget set for new Future Gadget Lab members
  • Exclusive Metal Upa replica
  • Badge set and Metal Upa presentation box

A release date for Steins;Gate was not announced, but Rice Digital lists the game for launch in May.

God damn it, I just went to order this and got to the end when it asked for the BS security code they sms me... except I havent changed my phone number over with my bank -_-
I know what Im doing tomorrow.
Seriously so damn hyped for this though, Steins;Gate is the greatest series Ive ever watched. Such an emotional rollercoaster.

This makes me sad. A 360 version of this special edition would have looked awesome in my collection. Funny how it was the first version available, and yet it is the only one that didn't get a localization :(

I don't know about the game, but the series is one of the greatest animes ever made (in my opinion). So I'll give the game a chance! El-Psy-congroo. :D

Well, a PS3 version will look twice as nice because you can actually understand the text!

No, a Ps3 version will look three times as nice because I can actually put the disc on the console and it would work!
