I don't think so. FFVIII is the best selling Final Fantasy in Japan and VGC has it at 3.63 million. The franchise was at its most popularity at the time as well.

Hmm, yeah, it doesn`t look like XV could do it, but it is the most impressive game on consoles at the moment and something Japanese people might enjoy. So maybe I`ll have good numbers.

I think if everything goes well it might be able to reach 2 million, but that's probably as high as I would estimate.
