(just an exemple)


Yeah, but what I'm saying is that at the moment and since september last year there is not a lack of new games, so the remasters+indies are just healthy additions.  If you could have The last story HD, Mario Galaxy Collection and FF:Type 0 next to Xenoblade X, Splatoon and Yoshi this summer I don't think you'd complain lol

I probably wouldn´t buy any of those games, but I get your point. I´m just mad at the industry for this remake culture, and I get angry everytime someone says oh look how many games we have when the 50% are just remakes that you can find in other 2-6 systems and that probably you´ve already played because they are mostly big hits.

I already got a platinum trophy on the ps3 version. If i buy this one will I be able to get trophies again?

Not that the PS3 and Vita versions didn't sell enough for a HD remake.

Well with the PS4 version it will certainly go well beyond 2m, Im hoping 2.5m and Im sure FFXII HD will become a thing later down the line. Just might be waiting until after FFXV is all. Plus FFXII (especially on its own) doesnt have the same pull as X does, maybe they should throw in Tactics aswell.

I remember when they were discussing how they won't make another Chrono game since the remake only sold just over a million copies. They did nothing porting a game over a decade old at the time to the DS and a million copies was not enough.

Maybe the Final Fantasy X/X-2 remake needs to sell over 5 million for them to consider Final Fantasy XII.

That's pretty optimistic for FFXII HD and FFXV, hope you're right of course though.

- GTA V remastered

- Tomb Raider Definitive Edition

- DMC defiinitive version

- Devil May Cry 4 definitive edition

- Resident Evil Remastered

- Resident Evil Zero remastered (95% chances)

- Final Fantasy X HD / Final Fantasy X- 2 HD

- Final Fantasy Type 0 HD

- Diablo III Ultimate Evil Edition

- Darksiders 2 definitive edition

- Dark Souls 2 scholar of the first sin

etc etc etc

The remake generation 4 the players imo.


And I've only got 2 of them despite owning over 20 next gen games.  The remakes are awesome because it bolsters the next gen line up which is always lean for the first year or two.

Why are you mad at the fact the PS4 gets remakes and remasters among all the other entirely new game releases?  

You only game on Nintendo consoles and the Wii U doesn't get those.


Oh, right... There are barely any releases on that console...
