Looks like the PS4 + Bloodborne + $20 gift card deal is over. It has now changed to PS4 + Final Fantasy Type-0.

Yes. PS4 + TLOU is the standard package now. You're always going to get TLOU with a PS4 unless you go for the Batman bundles.

Because the ranking are a cumulative total of the past 24hours (and I think with some lag). So if it sold out `18 hours ago that means it sold a shit ton in the 6 hours prior to that.
