Amazon doesn't advertise it anywhere unless you click on the link. Why dont they change the picture of the single PS4 to reflect there are 3 games with it?

The only reason I can think of is that Amazon have a deal with Sony that dictates a maximum amount of consoles they can stock and promote. Perhaps they feel if they promote it too heavily they will be left with no stock for a while?
