This.
Wii U usually in Europe sell 80 or 85% of USA sales.
We have 63,000 in USA for the month of January, that is neary 16,000 at week.
So, Wii U is at nearly 13,000 in EU for the month of January. VGChartz said:

This number are very low when we know tha USA sales imo.
Yeah, probabily that now Wii U is overtracked in the US, but even undertracked in EU, so, the WW number are close.
Let's say that Wii U will sell 84,000 this NPD (21,000 at week); and 64,000 in Europe (16,000 at week).

Where are you getting this idea that Europe is typically 80-85% of US sales? VGC has lifetime sales in Europe at ~55% of sales in the US. Wii U shipments are at nearly an identical ratio between The Americas and Other. That isn't a perfect analog for US/EU, but the US and EU are by far the biggest markets in those territories.
The week ending February 15th last year had European sales at only 41.8% of US sales. In 2013 the week ending February 16th it was at 49%.
PAL software charts for the week also don't show any indications of a big Wii U increase like VGC shows in the US. UK only has one title, MK8, which dropped from 34 to 40. Germany had 4 titles in the top 50, 3 of them down from the previous week. The only one up was from 51 to 45, likely a fairly small difference when you get down that low. None of the other countries I see charts for had Wii U titles. Sweden had one the previous week, but it fell off the top 20 for week 7.
Even if Europe was 85% of US sales, you have to see the problem of using only a VGC number as proof that another VGC number is wrong.
