Don't underestimate Bamco's last minute changer of mind. I heard a few of their unlocalized games had traces of early localization inj the code (Though the biggest example is from SE with FFT0)

Maybe decode but redigitize is too old already. Fan translation is on the way though !

Even so, at worst I think they'll just release the PS4 version.
