While i generally agree with the meta average the games getting, anywhere from 63-70 would be where I place it.
the 2/10 from digitaltrends is pure and obvious clickbait.

No, it's not. It's a perfectly fair judgment of the game because it doesn't deserve any better. It's a game on a console I will never own.

Thank fuck for that.

The Metascore is irrelevant in the end... I bet anyone $18.86 this game will sell a shit ton release date, simply because it looks great. Besides, this isn't the mid to late 90's where Gaming Reviews mattered and gamer's didn't buy a game based on what Gamepro/Informer/Spot/IGN said.

I take it you're reading the 5 and below reviews mostly? The game seems to be lacking in many areas that any reviewer scoring it 6.5 and above (which is a considerable majority of reviews) has very little to praise to give other than sound, visuals +/- story and gunplay. It's got to be a poor reviewer who gives a game >5 purely on the basis of visuals, story  and sound and reserves their main critique for actual gameplay.

I've read a few, a mix of positive and negative.  More of the negative (under 7) because frankly, more of them are negative.  For better or woser, most reviewers will give a 5 to a game for looking good and being generally not broken.

Actually 28 @7+ vs. 23 @<7. So on metacritic at least, more reviews are positive, if we make 7+ the positive/negative cut off. Can change no doubt as I'm sure there will be at least another 20 reviews for this game on metacritic. Infamous had 90 reviews on metacritic and the Order should wind up with that many at least. So things can still dramatically change for the worse. I don't see things getting better.

While not a review, I wouldn't recommend the game at full price however, I do think it'd be a great rental. I also suggest everyone to avoid the normal playthrough on their first attempt as it was really easy.

If there's one thing I learned from CGI-QUALITY, is buy what you want, not what's reviewed. When I get my PS4, I'm buying the order.

I don't think you really understand what he was saying.

No, but I did want him to have a laugh ;)

I'm about to get out of bed and play the order. Can't wait. Is there a reaction thread?

And now the tinfoil hats are out. Hopefully, they'll be put away when Bloodborne likely scores in the upper 80s to low 90s. This idea that there's a conspiracy against Sony is starting to really chafe.

No conspiracy in sight, however there is an ongiong trend to rile up the userbase leading up to and following a games release to maximize the revenue stream generated.
