Yes, I did play Xenoblade on Wii. It was definitely of my greatest gaming experiences of last gen, hence the fact I got myself a WiiU for XCX (I had also bought my Wii the day Xenoblade got released in Europe).

Oh, nice! I'm actually playing through it right now on my N3DS and I'm really liking it so far. XCX seems to do pretty much everything better from what I've seen.

So jealous that everyone with Japanese Wii Us gets it months before us, but I hope you all enjoy it enough for the rest of us!

About the 60k players of Xenoblade X, doesn't the game has a loosely connected and obligatory online ? That would mean the 60k sales would be really near the final result, no ?

Maybe, not sure :/ it went up to 63K this afternoon.

The plot thickens and Baba-san's still mute!!! Best Buy seem to have intelligence that Tales of Zestiria will launch on 10/27 on both PS home consoles.

The game does indeed have online portions; however I don't believe it is obligatory. I've seen a few images with it saying "offline" in the top left corner so it seems perfectly possible to play like this (though the number will likely be low)

Also, remember that not every person who bought the game will have played it; nor will those who have played it reached this boss fight a couple hours in. Again, the number is small so you're likely looking around a 65-70k FW.

Oh, and excellent thread Ryuzaki. Lot of commitment put into it so I'm glad to see something like this on the site.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Phew... I was starting to think I was permanbanned... Anyway, let's catch up with the important things.

I have written an extensive preview of Xenoblade Chronicle X, after 20h of play (no spoilers here of course)

Gust and KoeiTecmo have finally awaken from their slumber and announced Yoru no nai kuni (means "Nightless Country"), an action-RPG with sexy chicks to be released on August 28th in Japan for PS4/PS3/PSV. It will be directed by Fatal Frame's and Deception's producer Keisuke Kikuchi, hence it already having a different feeling from Atelier.

KT doesn't stop here and further announced that Nobunaga's Ambition, a strategy game set in Japan's civil war period, would be localised for PS3/4 and Steam.

Fire Emblem IF weapon system will be overhauled completely

First, there will be a new type of weapon : assassin' weapons. The latter, along with magic and bows, enter the triangle of weapons as follows :

Swords & Magic beat Axes & Bows

Axes & Bows beat Assassin's Weapons & Lances

Assassin's Weapons & Lances beat Swords & Magic

Also, to make up for abolished weapon use points, weapons will have penalties attached to them (no Special Attack, stats down etc.), which is COMPLETELY STUPID imho.

KoeiTecmo is gearing u for MCM expo London and announces that SW4-II, which adds scenarios to SW4 story, will come to the West this fall for PS3, PS4, PSV and Steam

Liking all the updates, good stuff Ryuzaki
