Why have a retail release for PC?

One of the better indie games that rolled out of the crap factory that Steam currently is.

I have to admit, that was pretty good. I enjoyed the variety of weapons being shown; the platforming elements and artsytle as well. In addition, so long as there is something new in terms of gameplay for each random generated level, this should be a great game. Otherwise, the repitition might turn some people away.

Then check out the Greenlight and Early Access Section! It will be fun!

It's really hard to find good indie games in the pile of crap that flooded the platform in the recent year. There simply is no quality control on Steam. By now it's full of hundreds if not thousands of broken and unfinished games that only exist to extract some cash from the uninformed.

Google steam quality control for more on that matter.

Ah I see what your talking about. I guess I don't see it as much of an issue because I refuse to spend money on any games before I try it out myself.  In fact I sold my PS4 and built a gaming machine for this exact reason. I wasted $240 in about two months on games I did not like at all. I tried to go by reviews and what people were saying but that just doesn't work for me well at least not all the time. It did work for Dying Light.
