Update: I've gone from 54.7kg down to 53.9kg ( A loss of 1.76 pounds ). I've managed to avoid eating any sort of delicious treat ( See above post ) even though there has been a fresh stock pile of cookies in the house and alot of Sprite.

Around 14lbs iirc. It's funny because other nationalities make fun of us for our units of measurement. But then we have England using feet, miles, and stone
