So, in the recent days this game got a lot of attention. Since it is still in early acess on PC only we haven't talked about it here yet, but it is already confirmed for PS4 and the year is still slow anyway, so let's talk about it.
The game is roguelike RPG about the psychological stresses of adventuring. It was successfully kickstarted on March 14, 2014 and raised $ 313,337 out of the $75,000 it needed.

In the game the characters have a stress bar, which raises during the adventure. Simple things like weak light make the stress go up slowly, while more disturbing things can raise it by a lot. If the stress hits 100%, that character may become "afflicted". The affliction itself can vary among coward, paranoid and irrational, among others.
Once afflicted the characters will act accordingly (i.e: a coward may use defensive actions even when it is not needed while a irrational may refuse to be healed because your priest didn't washed his hands). Characters can relief part of the stress with some services in town.
