Been playing it on the vita.  The text is a bit difficult to read but I managed.  Love doing a few runs in bed before going to sleep lol.  The cross-save feature is also well implemented in this game!

Thanks, Xeon :)

Sounds like this game is pretty addictive

I didn't had problems reading the text, even if it's a bit small. But I didn't tried the other versions to compare since I usually like to play indies on Vita because these games look better on a tiny screen than on a 40' TV.

Anyway, you can download on both and alternate with cross saving. It's actually the first cross save game I got that syncs the save automatically. Normally you have to select the option and ask for the sync and I always forgot to do it and end up having to turn on one console to sync the save before playing with the other.

Didn't played Yazuka yet, but from the rest of the list it's Rogue Legacy. I'm playing it only on Vita and didn't checked out the PS3/4 versions yet, but I'm playing it like crazy.

Have you tried any of the remix bosses yet?  Holy hell they are brutal.

Man, they are brutal. The problem is that when you face them they give you a specific character to face them and that character sucks. I've beaten the regular bosses of the castle and the forest and I'm working in the upper area boss (forgot the name of that one). I've used paladins for both bosses since the shield allows me to avoid most damage until the mana runs out and usually the boss is on their last breath anyway.

No luck with the remixed bosses tough.

Rogue Legacy has been so damn fun. Made it up to the final boss but now I cant beat him -__-
Definitely a game made for multiple NG+ runs which sadly I wont have time for but definitely enjoyed the time Ive speant with it.

Yakuza 4. Bought the game day one and platinumed it long before it came out on PS+.

I believe the tower boss is called Ponce de Leon (a bit of foreshadowing there) and is a fireball that follows you around the room leaving a trail behind him, yeah?  Paladin is the most versatile class in the game but you might want to try using the upgraded barbarian against him since their special attack will clear the area of his flames.

Only managed to beat the lower area's remix boss so far, but that remix is completely different (won't spoil anything as it was an interesting surprise), but the dungeon area boss was the easiest of them all in the first place; only boss I managed to beat on my first try.

Ponce de Leon is easy with archmage. Flame Barrier him to death while he slowly follows you around the room... in all honesty flame barrier works great on like every boss. Its also how I beat the lower area boss. Now if I only I could beat the final boss, I feel like I need to grind a little more as Im coming really close but just falling short every time.

Yes, Yakuza 4. But I already own it and love it.

How these amazing games with such great production values are so difficult to get localized and sell, i don't know.

No troll is too much for me to handle. I rehabilitate trolls, I train people. I am the Troll Whisperer.

I don't really like archmages, they have some versatility in being able to change their spells, but most of the spells are kind of worthless outside of specific situations.  Spellswords feel better depending on what spell you get with them, rather have a supercharged spell and spend a little more mp than three spells I never use.  Though I did get really lucky finding the imperial sword about four tries in with the compass, so that shifted my focus to a more melee style.

Also, finished off all the remixed bosses, fucking hell that was a bitch.  Now I'm tempted to get the platinum for the game, but that thanatophobia is crazy, beat the game 15 descendants or less and no architect, but after ponce de freon and alexander the iv, maybe it won't be so horrible.
