I have played through about 30% of the game, and apart from one area that stuck out (the car wash/garage) I thought the graphics were astounding - just jittery. If they can get the same level of gfx running at a solid 30fps (or even 60fps), most people would be happy.

(the hangar area in particular was amazing, and I loved much of the Dojo - first area in Japan)
