For me yes
Zelda is way more popular than Xenoblade, so no.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
They aren't even the same genre. TLoZ is an action-adventure. Xenoblade is a JRPG.
Nope, they're aren't similar enough for either one to outshine the other.
Bets:
1. If the Wii U sells closer to 10 million LTD by 1/3/2015 I win. If it sells closer to 9.5 million LTD by 1/3/2015 OfficerRaichu15 wins (winner gets 2 weeks of avatar control)--Lost.
i doubt it will

They're too different to be compared directly but Zelda has a bigger fanbase so there'll be more people that will remember it fondly
Xenoblade and Zelda will be different enough that they'll each stand on their own merits. I loved both Skyward Sword and Xenoblade. Each scratched a different gaming itch.
Well since I'm not a Zelda fan, Xenoblade will completely outshine Zelda U for me.
But let's just say I didn't know anything about these two franchises and I was just going by trailers. The Xenoblade X trailers and gameplay look far more interesting than what I've seen from zelda, imo.

Quality wise, if Xenoblade turns out to be as good as most people expect it to be... It'll be better than any Zelda game. But I don't like Zelda, so maybe that is blinding my outlook.
