I'm not getting one because I just got my 3DS last year, but if I were to get one, it would be for the exclusives followed by the stable 3D followed by the c-stick. Pretty cool device, but I'm just gonna wait for the successor at this point.

The C stick.
The only reason I want a 3DS is for Monster Hunter 4, I at least want to have proper camera control in the middle of a frantic battle where one wrong move can mean failure.

The Majora's Mask LE. If not for that I wouldn't have gotten the system anytime soon. The improved 3D is nice but not enough to buy a whole new system for, and I have no interest whatsoever in playing Xenoblade on a small screen.
