Very cool, thanks for doing this. It makes me happy to see how much better it is doing than last year.

Let me know if you want me to make the data into charts. Would be happy to help out.

It's welcome news, would be interesting to throw in he 360's numbers every now and then too.



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Dount it..   It didn't sell that well in March with the TitanFall week..   Best week was 150k..  Other weeks were around 65k, 95, and 75k .. It has been doing 80-100k every week the last few months..  so likely it will still beat 2 of the 4 weeks in March..  and only give up like 60-70k between the 2 weeks ..  I bet it we will still see a net 150k or more UP YOY after March...

X1: 55-65m
WiiU: 20-30m

It is up Jan + Feb in NPD but after March it will be down...

Jan + Feb + Mar 2014: 710k
Jan + Feb 2015: 428k

Xbone needs more than 282k to be up after March and in my view it will sell close to 200k than 300k... down yoy.

That is the Xbone reality in sales this year.

And if US it is down then it is down WW too because most sales of Xbone come from US (~70%).

But you are just talking NPD.. And you are also talking about a time when Xbox One was only in 13 countries.. and was $499... It is not in more countries and at $349.  Even with 70% of sales being USA..   I still don't see it not doing the needed March #'s to NOT be down for the year WW...

The numbers have not been updated on the first post..   The X1 is already about 250k above prior year..    First week of March is up.. and it did 30k MORE then the first week March 2014..    If It does 400k this month..   then it would ONLY be down 100k.. and UP 150k YOY.. I dont see the confusion here..     They are not going to only do 250k WW this month..  they already did 100k the first week of March..   At least it could do 350k WW at this point.. would would still be 100k UP YOU after March..

That is the issue... VGC numbers are wrong.

So you need to go with official numbers... using this site Xbone beat PS4 last week in UK lmao
