I think is possible, porting the game is cheap if they are also doing a 360 and PS3 version, the team required is only composed of 40 people, so if the game sells around 180k-200k units they can recover the investment, anything more is pure profit and with an install base of 11 million and an attach rate of only 3.5%, sales could be around 350k-380k. So it is worth it, even if not ultra profitable, and so it is possible.

Gimme "real" shooters like Goldeneye or Time Splitters that offer challenge that offer difficulty specific mission objectives etc.

Highly doubt it, sales are poor reguarless of install base. People aren't buying the Wii U for games like COD, they're buying them for Nintendo games. I hate COD personally. I think the whole modern war based/unreal based shooter genere is very boring and over done at this point, but if I did like those games I would be playing them on one of the twins because my friends own those consoles, not the Wii U.
