A free PS4!
Seriously though, I couldn't care less. I never used the codes anyway, just gave them away to people. I'm not buying too many Ninty games, so I wouldn't get anything anyway.

It's a program where you purchase over priced first party games or select third party games which for a limited time will have a coin value, and once a month you'll be able to use these coins to purchase a first party NES, SNES, or N64 game. You get 15-40 coins per purchase and it's 150-300 for the NES or SNES game you're able to purchase. So basically every 10 games you purchase, or $300 to $400 you spend, you might be able to get a free digital NES game worth $6 free. Thank you Nintendo for such an amazing service, we are truly humbled. |
Correct me if 'm wrong but I believe its 60 coins for a full priced wiiU game, 30-40 coins for a full priced 3ds games and 5-15 coins for the eshop classics. You also get additional 10 coins for post play surveys. Consoles are worth 150+ coins.
IIRC 250 coins is the highest priced game.
Currently playing

I really liked Nintendo Network Premium Promotion, I hope something similar will be part of new program.
I would like to see a GLOBAL program, so that us Scandinavians can partake.
I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!
Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

Cross-buy is hard for Nintendo to pull off right now, given the hardware differences between Wii U and 3DS. This does get me thinking though... What if Nintendo announces some sort of docking station or other peripheral that would allow you to connect your 3DS to your Wii U and play 3DS games on your TV? They've done it twice before that I can think of with the Super Gameboy and the GBA addon for the GCN. Maybe do it via NFC(if thats possible) to help sell both the New 3DS and the Wii U.

No rewards, just much better digital pricing across the board, with discounts on older games. seeing Mario Kart 7 at £39.99 is a bit of a joke.
Cross Buy, games linked to accounts not consoles.
I don't want free tat with just the small purchase of 10 games, i want a competitive and competent digital marketplace, that stands up to its peers.

If Nintendo's comments are any indicator, and they are, it won't be anything like that.
Also, a subsription service isn't a reward program. It's a subcription service.

Nintendo specifically talked about a flexible pricing model where players are rewarded for buying more games per year with higher discounts the more you buy.
And cross buy is not a reward. Don't expect that here.
