The first game I ever beat is kind of hard to answer.

I don't feel like Tetris or Excite Bike on the NES count, as they are kind of short,
so it would have to either be Duck Tales or Super Mario Bros.

The first game that I remember beating was Megaman 2 when I was 7 or 8 during my third rental. I may have finished Super Mario Bros. before that but I am not certain.

It was the first and only game i had for a while. Wished for a N64 with Pokemon Stadium for Christmas but my parents got me a PS1 with digimon instead. "It's the same thing" they said.... XD

Beating Mega Man 2 is no easy feat... I had trouble passing Air Man when I was little (I thought I was the only one, until I heard "can't beat Air Man" :P). I didn't beat it until like 19 years later when I got Mega Man Anniversity Collection.
