Not including digital only releases (besides the eShop ones that had physical releases in other countries, like the Guild01/02 or Phoenix Wright or Senran Kagura and/or etc) of the games I still have in my possession.

Nintendo - 4
Atlus - 4
Capcom - 3
Level 5 - 2
Square Enix - 1

So 28% Nintendo games and 72% third party games on my 3DS... I wish my Wii U could have similar numbers but oh well.

Of course I've been a little bit naughty because all of the Level 5 games I have were all published by Nintendo in Europe, so technically they should all count towards Nintendo's total, but I consider them third party.

EDIT: I also have Capcom's Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies, not counted here as it's not retail, but given it cost fairly close to the price of a retail game it feels significant enough to mention!
