Great games no doubt but there was no momentum in 2014. Everytime there was some like when Mario Kart came out, it would be killed shortly after due to the wait for the next game. Similar to the Xbox One for the entire year until October when they got all the big third party and first party stuff.

I don't know, that's just how I saw it.

There was a big wait betweenDK and MK 8 and then, between MK 8 and Hyrule Warriors. But at least there was a good/great game per month since then. Until January, that is.
If you compare 2013's last half with 2014's last half, 2014 easily wins in terms of game quality.

This year there are also great games coming, but if Nintendo can't at least give us 3 games for the first half (4-6 would be really good) then the momentum created since September, with the release of HW, will be gone.

Yep, agree with you about both statements. In my opinion Nintendo needs to put more focus on this time of year when there is little competition from the PS4/Xbox One/Third party. Take advantage of it!
