Personally, everything is straght forward, well except for the fact you have to credit Microsoft for the work. I have no problem with that, but I don't want to have my video taken down because of this (currently uploading Halo 5 Beta footage). Anyway do I have to credit Microsoft for the work, or as long as I'm following everything, I'm fine. Anyway here is what it says:

If you share your Items with others, then you must include the following notice (or a prior version) about the Game Content. You can put it in a README file, or on the web page from where it's downloaded, or anywhere else that makes sense so long as anyone who sees your Item will easily find this notice.

[Name of the Microsoft Game] © Microsoft Corporation. [The title of your Item] was created under Microsoft's "Game Content Usage Rules" using assets from [Name of the Microsoft Game], and it is not endorsed by or affiliated with Microsoft.

Now I'm just doing this to be safe. It does say if you share it, but uploading is technically "sharing" with the world. Anyway if you have an answer, tell me please. Here's the link if you want to go through it: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/developers/rules

Microsoft is still allowing quite a bit of freedom regarding publishing and monetizing game footage. I think these policies are only in place so that Microsoft can let people publish things freely like Let's Plays, but MS still has control over the footage (for better or worse).

I don't think it's a big deal, and you shouldn't worry about it.

Of course I know that, anyway I'll just credit them for their games from now on (not to hard). Also I hear you; I'm talking about you Nintendo. They practically control you for lets plays, their policies are anti-creator.

I didn't bother to read up on nintendo's policy on it but from what I understand it's sucks for pro gamers.
