You have to understand that most western published games dont sell like gta 5 has in Japan so yeah this is pretty big.

Its at 900k on PS3 alone so it won't take long for it to sell over 1 million on PS3.

I was talking about Western-published games. Crash Bandicoot, a Western developed game, has done that but it was published by SCEJ which is a Japanese publisher.

Grand Theft Auto IV did 440k which it's not bad for a western game



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

It's not big. Most western published games don't sell like GTA in any country. One of the best selling games of all time selling a little better in Japan is not "big." It's inevitable. It's a cool acheivement for GTA, but it has absolutely no baring on the trajectory of the Japanese console market, which is what people are suggesting.
