Yes, it would be better, OK, change that for MGS essential collection, it's 2 fantastic games and a so-so one (MGS3)

1) If your parents don't let you, well, there's nothing you can do. You'll be missing two of the best PS2 games. Seriously, tell them you're mature enough to play them, my brother was of the same age as you when he beat both, he was even younger and wreaking havoc in Vice City.

2) You should. Katamari Damacy is one of the games I played the most in my PS2, that game's fucking awesome, seriously, don't commit the crime of overlooking it, one of the most charming games ever

3) Final Fantasy X is a fantastic game. And no, Persona 3 has absolutely no connections to the previous ones

Between a 360 and a PS2, it's a no brainer, the PS2 is much better, it has a library of games the 360 can only dream of. The only real question is if you're able to find a BC PS3, that's a much better deal

Probably yes, in my eyes, the PS3 has a slightly superior lineup over the 360, but the PS2 crushes both of them a hundred times. That's why I'm suggesting a BC PS3, not only he gets a decent-to-good next-gen lineup but he also gets the lineup of the (for me) two best consoles of all time (PS1 and PS2).
