I auto-sign in, so one day I accidently checked it off, and realized when I had to type it back in, I had forgotten it. Oops. And my secret question is god knows what...

Any other way to get it back?

Maybe you can email PSN for the possible solution.  I hope you remember the email account you used for PSN ID....

Yeah, the Playstation Service people are really nice, I have talked to them before. If you can give them all your personal information and tell them the email for the account you should be golden.
