Sony Computer Entertainment (Shanghai) and Oriental Pearl Culture Development announced today that the launch of PS4, PSV and associated accessories and software which was scheduled on January 11th, 2015, due to all kinds of reasons, will be delayed until further notice. All the pre-orders for previous mentioned products will be stopped from today.

Depends on how long they need to add region lock and get their imported games approved by our government.

Insiders hinted that Sony may lock all Chinese IPs to Chinese store as well. If this happens, I can't imagine the massive chaos in the future.
