Best game I played of 2014. I spent 15 hours in one play through discovered the keep and started over. Played 40 hours with another characters hated the way he looked (accidentally picked default human male and didn't think I would care 40 hours in it was to much). Started over and after 62 hours beat the game but there were tons of stuff left for me to do.

I started GTA V and honestly I'm having a hard  time stopping myself from starting a new character in DAI.I've never put so many hours into a single player game.

Haha

i did something similar, i reloaded a savefile 20 or so hours back to change some decisions (was only something minor and i don't even know what it was but at the time i just had to) and later i redid another 10 hours because i accidentally missed customizing Hawke and thought i wouldn't mind but it ended up bugging me.

lol yea it was weird normally I don't care at all about how my character looks but it was just begging the hell out of me. I kept trying to ignore it, then I was like you know what I'll just fix it in my inevitable second play through. Then I realized I was rushing through the game just to get to my second play through so I was like ok let me just start over.

yeah, i've been reaver too.

with varric and his +10 percent crit chance for everybody, dorian with the ability to fear + increased damage to feared enemies + the reaver ability for crits to fear... + varics automatic crits to feared mobs... insane. crits for 3-5k and a chance of like 50% on level 23. i played as qunari.

the only thing that reaaaally really bugged me was that qunari can't wear much armors. not even helmets, although there is a helmet for the iron bull, but not for a qunari inquisitor.

They can't?

I'm pretty sure i've seen helmets with "only trained quinari" in the item text. Is the quinari inquisitor not trained?

they have the vitaar, the facepaint, but no helmet. it bugged me first, but later i didn't mind. but then i got a helmet for the iron bull and was like: wtf seriously?

and also the fact that qunari are sooo restricted in the armor you can use. there is armor only for human, dwarves, elfes (so basically: no qunari). there is exclusive armor to dwarfes, exclusive to human, (exclusive to elves too? i dunno), but no exclusive armor to qunari.

also, the armorsets for qunari are like all the same. i don't know how this is for other races, but the heavy armors i got pretty much looked the same. a chainmail. wohooo.

now that i finished my post i also googled "only trained qunari" and found a thread about it. haven't found something like that in the game, but it seems to exist somewhere... :D

edit: alright, i googled some more and found it. this thing still is not a helmet, just facepaint. again, not really a problem, but iron bull just looks awesome with helmet AAAND!!! they also show you how you would look with it in the preview!!! :D :D

must-have-list for platforms i don't own yet:

WiiU: Donkey Kong

XBone: Dead Rising 3, Ryse

I like this game but it pissed me off one night.. I fuking killed all the high dragons, and guess what. No silver trophy. So now i'm playing through it again on nightmare, it is still a fun game overall.

There is a glitch in that trophy. I killed 13 dragons over 2 playthroughs to get it. I think one of the Dragon's is glitches and doesn't count. At Bioware forum I think people think it is the Western Approach one (I killed that dragon twice).

Anyway, superb game, I love it, can't stop playing it (when I have time) 2 play throughs done and 55 hours or so each. Still haven't opened the last areas, saving that for the next playthrough to give it a different feel.

Hmm, pie.

In Skyrim, you create a characte but you don't see them so it doesn't matter, in this they speak and you have to watch them play the role. Face is about getting it right. I've created loads of faces but only used 2, wasn't entirely happy with my second character but finished the game none the less.

Yea I know what you mean I keep trying to put the game down and move on to GTAV which I never got a chance to play. It's so hard though I keep wanting to go back to DAI. I keep thinking of how cool a dual wield rogue would be. Also how cool it would be to have Solas and Cole together the whole time  and hear the interactions which I heard can be interesting.

I got that glitch too. Just reload a save to before you killed 1 of the high dragons and kill it again, I had a save before almost every dragon fight so I just killed one of the easiest again. The trophy should pop after that reloaded kill.

Having fun with it right now. I've started over 4 times. Nightmare mode with any character who's not a Mage is darn near impossible. So yes, I'm a boring Mage because playing as a Rogue means pure frustration! Great game though.

PC GAMING: BEST GAMES. WORST CONTROLS

A mouse & keyboard are made for sending email and typing internet badassery. Not for playing video games!!!

really not that good of an RPG. very dumbed down

my game of the year last year. I'm still working on it. It's a great game in my opinon and more games need to follow it's example.
