So outside of COD, developers have gained very little from making their games cross gen?

good game. platinumed it last weekend.
but even the hardest mode available was way too easy, and i didn't even play as knight enchanter.

How long did it take you, how many playthroughs did you do?

I'm considering starting with origins again so i can play through all 3 of them in one go. Would have to commit a lot of time to that though.

i have a playtime of ~90 hours, but with dying and restarting missions (the game is not particularly hard, but well, if you are too baked to find the spots where you can restock your potions...) i think i played it for 110 hours or even more. did everything in one run, there are some trophies that are missable, so you'll need a guide to do it in one playthrough.

but i think i am a slower player in general. i crafted way more than necessary and i also missed big chances to get good gear through lockpicking and so.

Yea I beat the game on Nightmare and it was pretty easy. I used a Reaver which is one of the harder classes to build out properly but when done right can be pretty damn powerful.

Ps3 sold 7m games week ending 21st retail only.  Many games including fifa and codes are selling very well on ps3 xbox 360.  It was worth it for them easily.

Best game I played of 2014. I spent 15 hours in one play through discovered the keep and started over. Played 40 hours with another characters hated the way he looked (accidentally picked default human male and didn't think I would care 40 hours in it was to much). Started over and after 62 hours beat the game but there were tons of stuff left for me to do.

I started GTA V and honestly I'm having a hard  time stopping myself from starting a new character in DAI.I've never put so many hours into a single player game.

Haha

i did something similar, i reloaded a savefile 20 or so hours back to change some decisions (was only something minor and i don't even know what it was but at the time i just had to) and later i redid another 10 hours because i accidentally missed customizing Hawke and thought i wouldn't mind but it ended up bugging me.

Good game, good sales, it deserves more.

yeah, i've been reaver too.

with varric and his +10 percent crit chance for everybody, dorian with the ability to fear + increased damage to feared enemies + the reaver ability for crits to fear... + varics automatic crits to feared mobs... insane. crits for 3-5k and a chance of like 50% on level 23. i played as qunari.

the only thing that reaaaally really bugged me was that qunari can't wear much armors. not even helmets, although there is a helmet for the iron bull, but not for a qunari inquisitor.

must-have-list for platforms i don't own yet:

WiiU: Donkey Kong

XBone: Dead Rising 3, Ryse

Congrats to Dragon Age Inquisition, and Bioware for making such a great game. :)

They can't?

I'm pretty sure i've seen helmets with "only trained quinari" in the item text. Is the quinari inquisitor not trained?

Great news, another franchise finds a new home on Playstation. Mass Effect is next. :)
